Halloween PARTY!!!

We went to a Halloween Party last night. Robyn's family got together for some fun. They started out with Pumpkin carving at 3. It was cold outside, so Emma didn't help me much. I carved a typical face and told Emma to put her hands in and pul out the insides. She got one piece, then was done, lol. The rest of the party was inside. All the kids were dressed up, which was really fun to see. They played and we ate dinner. Then the games began. It was very fun especially for Emma!!!!

Emma and Jordan. Emma was a pioneer and Jordan was a pirate.

All of the pumpkins lined up. They judged all them and had candy as prizes for the winners of each catagory.

Our cute pumpkin. Emma won "most teeth" lol and she won overall best Halloween pumpkin. She got a candy bar and a bag of cookies for my creativity!!

Some of the kids playing!!

Emma doing the cup cake walk with Jordan.

Cake walk!!

Bobbing for apples. Some kids did great, but the little ones just grabbed them out. Was very fun for all of them though.

The party was very fun and we went home with a lot of prizes and treats. Had the fishing game and a few others that were just fun!

SILLY EMMA

I got winter stuff out so that we could be warm and she enjoyed trying all the things on.

She loves my Molly Doll! She takes care of her and even puts her in bed when she goes. It is cute. She took her for a ride on her bike. They both leaned forward and she drove just as fast as she could.
Always has a grubby little face. Guess I need to take the time to wash it more. LOL

Sarda and Emma!! Sara came to visit for conference weekend cause she had a break, and I enjoyed her company. We always have fun no matter what we do, but of course I had work for us to do. She helped and Emma just loves her, so we had a blast together.

Emma is getting better at using the potty!!! At home we are great, but I haven't tried out in public yet. She is still young and I can already tell I have saved on diapers just while she is in undies at home. She is getting so big!

Spud Harvest 09

Harvest was successful!!! We finished just in time for the ground to freeze. Some other farmers weren't that lucky and lost some potatoes due to frost. It went pretty well this year. Jake kept very busy. We were able to ride with him some which Emma thinks is so fun. She cries sometimes when he leaves cause she wants to ride with him. It is cute. She sure is a farm girl and fits in well.

The digger is filling the trucks with tatoes then they haul them back to the cellars.

Emma likes to get down and dirty. Helping the men fix things is fun I guess. She likes to pass tools out and put them away which is good.

The good old farm dog. What a trooper for riding in the back of Jake's truck all the time.

There they are. Driving the truck. Don't worry they weren't going that fast.

The digger switching fields. All the trucks followed him in a row. Was cool to watch cause the field is right outside our window so we got to watch them work a little from home.

Down at the cellars putting the tatoes in to store for winter.

Playdough fun!!

Well, Emma's favorite thing to do lately is to get her playdough out and create all sorts of things. Thank you Ellen and Joe and Halle cause she just loves it so much. She gets everything out and makes shapes and different colors. It keeps her entertained for quite a while.

Her cute fall dress from mom that she has been wearing cause it is so cold. Also she doesn't ever let me take any cute pictures, so this is her look. lol

My beautiful baby. She sure looks good in pink. Just laying on the floor I snapped a picture before she could give me her cheese face.

Utah State Fair with Sara

We had fun at Sara's house and took a road trip to the Utah State Fair. I wanted to go see it and thought Emma would really enjoy it too. We finally arrived and walked around. There were lots of animals that Emma loved. It was fun. There wasn't too much there, but none the less you put us three together and we always have fun.

The ducks and geese were cute and Emma was not scared at all.

Lots of goats to see.

There was a clown who did balloons and Emma thought it was cool until it started to fall apart and pop! lol

We got to the rodeo just in time for the bull riding!!

WE all had a great time I think Emma liked it the best. It was good to expose her to the fair and she talks about it to this day. She says she wants to go to the fair and see animals, yeah!

Week in Utah!

After the wierd weekend, I decided to go get away and take Ellen and Sara back down to Utah and spend some time with them. We drove down and went to Ellen's house. We had pizza and relaxed and Sara headed home to her house. I stayed with Ellen and Joe and Halle for a few days, then met Sara half way to spend some time with her too.
Emma had a great time at Sara's even though she was at school during the day. We just relaxed and she played with all the toys she had. It was nice to get away and enjoy time with my sister!

"Sarda" and Emma. We had fun playing and shopping a little and seeing her new home, which is very cute by the way.

Emma thought that Halle's big girl bed was cool and liked to climb into it. She is pretending she is sleeping here, lol. How silly. I was fun to see the girls play!

Emma looking mischevious! The girls liked hiding in Halle's closet and sliding the doors shut behind them.

Labor Day Weekend

I was way excited for Sara and Ellen and Halle to come visit us over the Labor day weekend!!!! It is so fun to be with family and especially my sisters!! What fun we have together :)
Halle and Emma had a fun time playing outside and on the slide!!

The girls playing and having fun!

Relaxing after running around!!

One of them put a blanket on the floor and they both climbed on and started drinking their cups. Pretty cute little girls we have!!!
Thanks for coming to visit Sara and Ellen even though we had quite the drama. I am glad my crawl space is covered with a steel door and no mice can get in any more. Although I just killed one outside the other evening. Can out of a little run I was gonna through away and I got it with a shovel and ran it over with the car, felt kinda good to know I stopped one from getting closer to my house!
