Wednesday~Hanging out

Mom and Emma sewing! Well trying to. We couldn't get it work right though. I am gonna ask Jake's grandma to help though, she sews a lot and could probably figure it out mom. I will finish that quilt, lol!
Cute girls. Mom in her "zebra" jamies, LOL Flamingo, but Emma kept saying zebra, that was funny though.

Emma swimming in her cold pool, very brave to even get her feet in it was so cold.

Emma got in her playpen like a baby! I guess she will always be mine and Grandma just loved her.

We played Mexican train and relaxed at night. It was fun.

Tuesday~ Swimmin at Rigby Lake

I definatly have a swimmer on my hands, Emma headed straight for the water when we unloaded from the car. Good thing Sara was behind her cause she just ran in and thinks she can swim, LOL.
Emma loved the water. It was so cold I don't know how anyone got in it, but we braved it and it was refreshing after a while. Grandma was teaching Emma to swim and kick her feet.

Awww!! So cute. It was fun to see Emma play and enjoy herself especially with Grandma!

She enjoyed the sand and fillin buckets with gooey sand.

Dumping a bucket and getting dirty.

Sara and I in the water trying to stay warm. LOL

My princess! Her first time at a lake and second time swimming. She had a great time.

She didn't want to leave. Grandma took her to the swing set and she just kept on sliding and sliding.

Dad helping Emma finish her breakfast. Yum Yum, cereal

Dad getting Emma. She is so cudly and fun. She says "Get ya" when she wants you to chase her and get her. How silly!

Don't know what that look is for. I think she is laughing at Grandpa!

Monday's activities

We ventured out to the Sand Dunes on Monday afternoon. It is pretty cool. There are just huge dunes all over. It was a lot of fun to play in the sand.
Mom and Emma playing in the sand with her toys.

Mom decided to see what is was like to roll down the dune. She got going and couldn't stop at some points, It was funny to watch. It was more funny to see Emma get down and try to roll so that she can be just like Grandma. She didn't quite get the hang of rolling but she put forth a great effort and thought it was fun.

Chasing Grandma in the sand.

Her first attemp to roll in the sand falled when she went head first into it. She got a nice mouth full and mom is trying to get it out for her. It was fun!

All of us playing in the sand. We had fun digging and building castles.

Emma getting her feet buried in all the sand.

Sunday with the Family!

We celebrated my B-day with mom, dad, and Sara on Sunday. We, well mom, made Eggplant Parmesan, which was really really yummy!!!! I enjoyed it so much. Then we had Strawberry Schame torte for dessert.
Emma got practice for blowing her candles out in a week for her Birthday!

Yay! Emma opened a few presents and got some cute cute jeans from Aunt Lauren. Thanks Laur.

She liked her pants and we tried them on right away. She is also sporting a CUBS shirt. WOOT! So cute, thanks for thinking of us~

Dad and Emma sharing spaghetti for lunch. She kept saying "want some, want some" Grandpa was a great sport for sharing.

Emma's new swing set

Landing from a slide!
Swinging in the wind.

Mom pushing Emma. She says "faster" then loves to jump off it while it is still going.

Her best friend, Sadie. They have so much fun together and Sadie watches out for Emma. She is kinda like her babysitter. I can be inside doing dishes and I know they are fine and playing together. Emma loves to get kisses from her and shows her love!

Awww, my cute little munchkin and dog!

Mom and Dad and Sara's visit!

Emma got a new shopping cart from mom and dad. The old one you can't even push cause the wheels fall off. Dad put it together quickly and Emma went shopping all day long. She got some new food to play with too. She would push it around all day and say "shoppin" So cute!! She really likes it, thanks mom and dad!
Finally they have arrived. Mom and Sara sitting down after a drive from SLC watching Emma and showing us some gifts!!

Dad and Emma. Finishing her shopping cart so that she can play and shop! She was really excited to see them both and had a great time with both Grandma and Grandpa!

The pretty braclet mom got Emma I think in Mexico. She liked it for a second, but is not used to pretties on for very long, so she wanted it off right away. I will have to work with her on that mom and she will be wearing three or four on her arms when you see her next, LOL. She is silly!

Aunt "Sarda" reading Emma's new book to her from Grandma!
Grandma and Emma cooking up a storm. Whipping eggs for Schame torte. Emma just had to help cause she loved being involved.

Emma and I cutting up strawberries for dessert. YUMMY!!!!

My Brithday!!

Well my birthday was just another day. I was sad at first because everyone was just a few hours away spending time with Ellen when I was all alone on my birthday. We went out to dinner so I didn't have to cook. Jake took me to Wingers and his parent came too. We celebrated with good food, then went to Wal-Mart to pick out some presents. LOL I got some makeup, earings, and a wallet. Jake got me cd's for my video camera and a WOW shirt!! It is cool. Thank goodness I had someone to enjoy my day with and it ended up being a great day. Thanks honey!!
